During this online presentation, learn how Shannon sets up sessions, works with subjects, manipulates lighting, and achieves a beautiful, fine-art portrait her clients love. She shares everything with, and holds nothing back.

Shannon is a nationally recognized award winning photographer based in Colorado Springs. She is a two-time Professional Photographers of America 1st  place recipient of the Grand Imaging Award in Children Portraits. In 2021 in addition to her 1st place in Children’s portraits she also won the prestigious over all 1st place trophy among over 5000 images entered.  In 2022 two Images were featured as part of Team USA in the World Photographic Cup. 

Shannon has been featured on the cover Professional Photographers Magazine on multiple occasions and holds a Master Photographer degree, and is also a Certified Professional Photographer through The Professional Photographers of America. In addition she also has an Associates in Applied Arts Degree for Commercial Photography form the Art Institute of Seattle. 

When Shannon is not shooting, editing or teaching she is a very busy momma to 3 small kiddos, as well as a wife to her hard-working husband, and enjoying living life in beautiful Colorado.
