Attorney Frank Chmelik practices business law as the founder and principal of Chmelik Sitkin & Davis P.S. in Bellingham. Frank will demystify some of the legal issues surrounding the business of photography.

Frank will begin with an overview of some of the legal issues that affect us as photographers and then open the floor for questions. It promises to be a lively evening, guaranteed to open your eyes to managing your risks, protecting your assets, and keeping you out of court if something should happen to go wrong with a session.
