Citrix (GoToMeeting/Webinar) discourages the use of webcams as webinar/conf. call speaking/listening devices due to the feedback/echo issues caused by the speaker and mics built in the webcam. They are known to create echo and other issues. USB headsets are available at office supply, or discount stores (wherever video games and computer supplies are sold) and begin at about 14.99.
